You cup the Lingam in the left hand then put your right hand underneath the left and hold it at the navel level. While keeping your back straight relax your body, breathe deeply through the nose and visualize a green light coming from your heart. Project love and experience the difference.

You can sense how the meteorite must have exploded surrounding this lingam. The color of the lingam changes subtlely from gray to biege in one direction, as the form and the markings move in another!

This Narmada Shiva Lingam carries the sign of Shiva across the head. It has a deep tone of purple underneath. Several bindis appear(markings that appear as circles)representing spiritual enlightenment.
What also makes this lingam unique is that it has a yellow bindi exploding from the end of a marking that starts from the top of the Shiva Lingam. These are hard to find but in this recent shipment we were blessed!
